A Positive Note About the UK House
I received a telephone call a few days ago from my UK estate agent. They had received another offer for my house in the UK. If you recall my previous buyer dropped out.
Although this new offer was lower than I would have wished I've accepted it. I have an agreed 6 month mortgage payment break with my lender at the moment & payments are due to recommence in August so I have decided to take a lower price for the house to hopefully avoid having to pay out 'dead money' once August arrives.
So I have all fingers & toes crossed again that this time the sale does go through.
So watch this space for further news on any progress !!
I have just noticed the time & realise it has gone midnight here so it is officially my birthday -
