YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Although it is very late at night (correction, early hours of the morning) I just had to post this message.
Tonight I received an email from my solicitor in the UK that is handling my house sale.
She wrote to tell me that contracts have now been exchanged & completion is set for this Friday 10th August & I should expect the proceeds of the sale to be sent to my account on Friday.
This is absolutely fabulous news & I couldn't wait to share it with all my blog readers.
This means that I will shortly be able to start the purchase procedure to buy my house here so more on that will follow as it happens.
I have deliberately not yet posted any pictures of the house I am going to buy as I don't want to tempt fate but rest assured that as soon as things reach a stage where I know it will definitely go ahead then I will let you all see my new home.
I am feeling very happy tonight & must now calm down and get myself of to bed to get some sleep.
I must also report to you that my new job seems to be going very well. People who know me, also know that I am very organised in everything I do so they won't be surprised to learn that I am setting up my own organisation systems at work. I am also getting good numbers of bookings for the excursions that I talk about at the welcome meeting that I present every Monday at a hotel in Tsilivi.
Right I'm off to bed now feeling a great sense of relief about my house sale & looking forward to the next chapter in my life here.

It would be lovely if you were settled in your new house by the time we visit again in September.
How's your little dog doing? Hope he's still waiting for you to claim him as your own.
